L'appartamento di circa 70 metri quadri, ha l'ingresso proprio davanti alla piazza che ospita la cattedrale di san Lorenzo. E' situato al secondo piano con ascensore di uno dei palazzi più antichi della città. E' accogliente, perfetto per coppie e famiglie, proprio nel centro della città di Genova.

Si trova in zona pedonale di una via piena di negozi e locali. In orari non di punta, ci si può arrivare in taxi oppure posso fornire un permesso giornaliero di accesso in auto alla ZTL per scaricare i bagagli. 

Si compone di 2 camere matrimoniali per totale posti letto 4, un soggiorno con sala da pranzo, divani, TV a schermo piatto, cucina con stoviglie, microonde, frigo, macchina per il caffé espresso, lavatrice ed un ampio bagno con doccia e wi fi.

L'appartamento non è dotato di aria condizionata ma di ventilatori e di zanzariere.

Luce, acqua gas e biancheria sono inclusi nel prezzo.

La colazione non è fornita. 

The apartment of about 70 square meters, has the entrance right in front of the square that houses the cathedral of San Lorenzo. It is located on the second floor with lift of one of the oldest buildings in the city. It is welcoming, perfect for couples and families, right in the city center of Genoa.

It is located in the pedestrian area of a street full of shops and clubs. At off-peak times, you can get there by taxi or I can provide a daily car access permit to the ZTL to unload luggage.

It consists of 2 double bedrooms for a total of 4 beds, a living room with dining room, sofas, flat screen TV, kitchen with dishes, microwave, fridge, espresso machine, washing machine and a large bathroom with shower and wi-fi. .

The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning but with fans and mosquito nets.

Electricity, water, gas and linen are included in the price.
